Went there 2 days ago, last time I go, the stores in the centre are wayyy better with friendly personnel.
I was the only person in the store, assistant asked me 4 times if I needed help (in a matter of 10 minutes), even though I clearly answered that I am fine to look on my own. I didn’t feel like shopping anymore, as the assistant was all over me.. when I have her feedback, that it should have been quite obvious that her behaviour was invasive and didn’t allow me space, her colleague Naomi jumped at me with a remark “go online shopping if you don’t like to be bothered”. How rude!! Even though most of my underwear is Hunkemoller, this store is banned and such behaviour is unapologetic.
