Amazing service! We dropped unannounced to rent two bikes for the day, as we were on a trip visiting the city. 8€ to rent a bike for the day is a great price, and the staff was very helpful with two tourists who have no idea how Netherlands bike locks work, haha. Definitely recommend this bike shop!

Fantastic service! Needed the bike repaired the same afternoon and he had it done for me in just a few hours. He even tightened and oiled the chain for free! I've been to many bicycle repair shops in my life and it's very rare to find a service like this for a fair price. Would recommend Rasi Fietsen 10/10👏👌

My front tire was flat so I called and when I got there I only had to wait 15 minutes until it was fixed. Super friendly people and they do quality work! Can recommend 10/10

I've been here twice before, once for a full service and once for a back tire inner tube replacement. It always felt like they had fair prices, and both times, it took less than a day to get my bike back.

My local bike repair shop, they are always kind and happy to help with small things. I bought new locks and they were installed for free, he even checked my bike and helped set the saddle right. Always fast service and friendly. Would recommend.

Our car broke down and the guys here were so nice and took time help us. They also fixed my bike twice and did a great job for a good price!

I have been doing some small time repairs with them for a year now, and the work quality has been good.

Recently we decided to buy a ladies bicycle from them, considering its very near from my place and has range of products with them. The bicycle is good looking and sturdy. The shopkeeper was kind enough to let it have us at a discounted price upon negotiation. On top of that we would also get initial servicing for free. Overall a good deal ;)

Very nice place. We took two bikes for a couple of days, the bicycles were in perfect conditions, the people from the shop were super kind and available to our needs and the prices are more than honest. I really suggest them!

All I can say is they are the pros! They fixed my bike issues very fast. Today I had an issue with my bike, and the guy decided to fix it for free. Whenever I have little problems, they always help out and take care of it right away—best bike shop in the neighborhood by far. If you have bike issues, I highly recommend these two guys.

This is the best bikeshop in Utrecht, i came here without an appointment and asked for a bike repair. After examining my bike for 15 minutes the technician told me to come back in a couple of hours and that it will cost around 10€ and gave me a bike that i Could use for free until i come back. When i came back everything worked and he charged me 10€ for fixing the gears, brakes and the handle.
