Bestelling prima geregeld, dankjewel.

Terugsturen wordt onmogelijk gemaakt. Volgens de website hebben we het al teruggestuurd, maar het DHL apparaat ging niet open. Nu hebben we mogelijk 25 euro weggegooid. Op de website hebben ze het erg druk, je mag later terugbellen en andere smoesjes. Na een week is het nog steeds zo, we krijgen geen gehoor. Ik ga HIER NOOIT MEER BESTELLEN!!!
Klantnummer 03973626 heeft er genoeg van, ook zie ik dat jullie alle negatieve reacties verwijderen. Ik moet dus ook andere methodes vinden om jullie manier van werken bekend te maken.

not processing refund, we are one month later.
on 19th March I ordered a PlayStation 5. On 20th March it was delivered to me. I've taken it out, had a look at it, and had a change of heart that "I actually do not need this".
I have started the return process and on 21st March I sent it back. Eventually I've received confirmation via the Courier's App that the delivery reached the shop.
On the website, it's clearly written, that "You will then receive your money back within 3 days", but eventually on 26th March I received an email mentioning "Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. We aim to do this within 6 days".
"Has your return still not been processed 7 days after receiving this email? Please contact us."
I called them on 5th April and they mentioned because I've opened it and it's an expensive item, they cannot release the refund.
I called them on 10th April and they said that the case had been escalated and that if I do not get a call/email back by 12th April (Friday) it might happen the upcoming week (15-19 April, Monday - Friday). Guess what, NOTHING.
I called them on 22nd April, SAME LIE, that I have to wait for a week for somebody to contact me. The lady on the phone was even laughing at some point about my situation and did not want to collaborate when I asked to have the call redirected to the department in charge of this case nor with a supervisor/manager.
It's been ONE MONTH, and the whole process is terrible. Customer Support is terrible.

Helemaal eens met andere reviews hieronder. Ze laten je betalen voor retouren. Als dat vanwege het milieu was, had ik het helemaal top gevonden! Maar ik heb gemaild met de klantenservice en het blijkt een manier te zijn om kosten te drukken. Het zou ook onlogisch zijn, want als je moet betalen om een andere maat te krijgen, zullen klanten alleen maar preventief meer items in meerdere maten gaan bestellen en zal er dus alleen maar méér geretourneerd worden.
Dit staat me zo tegen dat ik niet meer bij Wehkamp ga kopen.

Tegenwoordig moet je 0,50 betalen voor een retour. Snap ik. Maar als een kledingstuk zo klein valt dat je 3 maten groter nodig hebt dan normaal vind ik dit niet terecht. Dat kost me dus 2,00 voor 4 slips.

Biedt luiers met de laagste prijs aan, maar heeft ze helemaal niet op voorraad. Geeft hierover geen bericht, maar levert simpelweg niet. Hierdoor bestellen klanten zonder te weten dat het product niet spoedig komt. Onduidelijk hoe ik mijn geld terug krijg na annuleren.
