Amazing service! I broke the screen of the MacBook Pro I use for work and got an appointment the very same day.

The store manager was very polite and understanding, he told me the repair usually takes 3-5 days. He was very clear with the costs and told me that if something else came up during the diagnosis, he would have shared the extra-expense and let me decide whether to move forward or not.

Loved the transparency and straightforwardness, other repair services made me wait longer and paid extra money :-/ but here, my laptop was ready the next day and it was exactly the expected cost!!

Because I was in awe of such great service (I'm a service designer myself!!), the store manager took time to educate me on how they run diagnostics on Apple products, the high level of privacy it has, etc.
It never happened to me at other service centers, in fact it was mostly a "we're wizards and you don't need to know, just trust us with our magic!".

I hope not to break my devices any time soon, but they are definitely my favorite spot for support and assistance :) Thank you!

Great service! Needed to get data back from a broken computer and it worked very well! Didn't have appointment, and was quick and cheap 👍 dank je wel!

Used them twice - quick and efficient. They reinstalled windows after my hard drive crashed and managed to keep my files. The other time they helped to install windows on a new laptop I had bought withoit an OS and didn't even charge me for it. Would use them again for sure.

Came in with a broken keyboard, the staff were super friendly and showed me all the options and we're very transparent with pricing!! Super lovely guys and very trustworthy shop.

Absolutely wonderful service. After contacting Apple customer care for an issue I had with my Airpods Pro they pointed me towards the direction of the Fixers. Very quick service! My iPhone 6 display was fixed within 10min. It cost me 79€ for the non-original one which is definitely a fair deal compared to many other prices I found in Utrecht. Friendly staff as well!
