A la Paco

Delicious food. We especially like the green olives and albóndigas. They taste home made and are so tasty. The staff are always friendly and the cafe part of the shop is always full. There’s nearly always a queue out the door of people waiting to buy food at the counter. Fresh and yummy.

The best sandwich u have ever eaten. It’s the spear rib sandwich with bacon. And also the tapas (egg with potato) is amazing. I loved this place so 100% recommend it to anyone. Also amazing prices so cheap. Loved the cappuccino 🤩.

Not expensive at all compared to usual Maastricht prices, and really really good food. Everything I ever ate there I simply loved (I am Spanish and I approve).

About the pic: my friend and I shared two empanadas, a potato salad (ensaladilla rusa), fried squid (calamares fritos), and meatballs (albóndigas), all for 23€ and the bread included

Best sandwich I had in my life. Authentic, high quality and absolutely delicious. I recommend the calamari, onion and aioli sandwich together with a bitter Kas! 😊

Great food, lovely people, everything was perfect! We have been at a la paco with six people together with Spanish friends and everyone loved the food! You can tell that everything is freshly made! The owner and his family are lovely people! It was a big luck that we randomly discovered the place ! Not our last time here :)

Forget about other Spanish places, this is the real one! They have the best Paella in town!! Meatballs are amazing and chicken on paprika sauce is top!

Wonderful wife-husband team! The food is truly delicious and always fresh, Paco is a sublime cook. Undoubtedly the best Spanish food in town: their tortillas, empanadas and freshly cut Serrano with fine manchego are simply must-have, not to mention the optimal quality-price ratio. Absolutely recommended!
