Verkäuferin kennt die Produkte nicht! (Wohl nicht entsprechend eingearbeitet)
Bei Reklamation hat sie keine Ahnung wie sie dies bearbeiten soll. Telefonisch Kontakt mit dem „Chef“ gesprochen ohne Resultat. Diesen Chef via Telefon an mich weitergegeben, er ist nicht kompromissbereit, unfreundlich bis unhöflich. Ich bin /war langjährige Kundin!
Geschäft ist zu empfehlen wenn man sich selbst mit „selfservice“ hilft, ohne Konversation bezahlt und geht!
Nicht mal mehr einen ⭐ Wert!
