Hill Top Lodge — Hotels in Ghandruk

We stayed 4 nights here and host was exceptionally kind. We got a guy near the bus stop to help with luggage to take it up. The owner was a sweetheart who made sure our stay was comfortable and guided us with the small treks around and things to do. Thanks to the cook the food was finger licking good , the breakfast we got in the morning kept us full throughout the day. Property has clean rooms and breath taking views, would have loved to stay here more with these kind hearted souls

Rooms are comfortable and clean. And the hotel staff are very nice and helpful people. There is a good food menu with tasty traditional dishes)

We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here among the many options in Ghandruk. The panoramic mountain views were simply spectacular, the room was cozy and spotless, and the homemade food and chai were absolutely amazing. The hosts' hospitality warmed our hearts, making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort and pampering while trekking through this charming village.

Best place I stayed in Nepal. The hospitality we received the moment we arrived was terrific. The lodge is very modern (recently built) with really clean rooms that all have a great view of Annapurna range. The food was great, in particular the Thali set, with very generous portions. You can also eat food outside on their rooftop and admire the view. The manager and all the family are really friendly and fun but also give you personal space. We also did a bonfire two nights which was great after a long day of walking. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Ghandruk.

Note: it is a 20min walk up steps from the bus station but very much worth it. Most hotels in Ghandruk have an uphill walk as there is no road for cars in the village.

I recently stayed at this adorable family-run hotel, and it was a total gem! The view from the attached terrace was breathtaking, like something out of a postcard. And let's talk about breakfast – it was absolutely delicious.

But what really made this place special was the people. The family who runs it are the nicest folks you'll ever meet. They treated me like one of their own from the moment I walked in. They were so helpful and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed.

Overall, I had an amazing time, and I can't wait to go back. If you're looking for a cozy spot with a killer view, incredible breakfast, and the friendliest hosts around, this is it. 10/10, would definitely visit again!

A really nice family runs this place with a beautiful Annapurna-View in Ghandruk. The food is great and the owner is so caring and friendly. Guests should be aware that it is more high class than the usual trekking guesthouses leading to higher prices which are fully in line with the services and the hotel standard.

10 Star Hotel for an affordable price.

If you really want to walk into the nicest people on Planet earth, this is the place.

We were at around 8 at night and the 28 year young owner Mr. Sandesh insisted that he would pick us up and walk us up to this lodge. That was so nice of him.

The location is a 15 min walk on the stairs upward and once you arrive we were welcomed with a lemonade to quench our thirst after a short walk.

The rooms are neat and tidy and the services are top notch.

The food is super delicious, fresh and healthy

Location is breathing. I mean it plays you wonder. No kidding
Every floor has a room facing towards a panoramic view and every floor has a big terrace to sit and enjoy the view, breakfast or else

A nice, family run business with possibly the best hospitality I have ever received. Our hosts were so welcoming and we really enjoyed spending time with them during our stay. The food was great too, and we enjoyed meeting the newest member of the team

When we arrived in Ghandruk, the hotel owner, Sandesh Da, welcomed us warmly and even inquired if we had any luggage. We only had backpacks, so he kindly carried them from the bus park to the cottage. Upon arrival, he greeted us with refreshing lemonade. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking, offering a clear sight of the entire Annapurna range.

Every meal, from the early morning breakfast to dinner, was delicious. The chef personally checked in with us each time to ensure everything was to our liking. Each night, a bonfire was arranged, bringing together guests from various countries and backgrounds. We would sit in a circle, sharing stories and experiences, which are moments I still cherish deeply.

The entire team, from Sandesh Da, his wife, their adorable baby, to the chef and a helpful young boy, was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Their warmth and hospitality were beyond priceless, yet the stay was more affordable than any other cottage in the area.

Very beautiful place with amazingly kind and dedicated people. It was the last day of my hike and my Birthday. The rooms and bathroom are very clean, so you can come lay down and relax. Also food is very good with fresh veg from their garden and a super clean kitchen. You can eat everything there without any doubt and it is delicious. It was the best Dhal Bhat and the Chef is super friendly. In the evening the owner made everyone sing and served a cake for my Birthday. Just can recommend from the bottom of my heart. you gonna feel safe and well protected :) ahh...before i forget..amazing Views:)

We had the best two days in Ghandruk with the best Himalayan service. Sandesh is an exceptional host who goes the extra mile for his guests! The accommodation is comfortable and the food is exceptional - especially the Chicken Khana set! Thank you so much for making our time rememberable!

One of the best experiences I've ever had in Nepal. The hotel is in a great location, very clean, comfortable, the food is delicious, the area is calm and relaxing. I wake up with every sunset to see the himalayas from my room/ balcony.. and my favourite part is the staff who became a family to me! Lilla and Thézz along with their companions are now my family in Ghandruk, they took good care of me, offered free services, and helped me learn some words in Gurung language!

I along with my family (team of 6 adults & 2 kids) recently stayed in this hotel. Outstanding - location, view, cleanliness & service. A pleasant family run hotel. I fully recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hospitality was exceptional, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The delicious meals served at the on-site restaurant were a highlight of my stay, and the stunning mountain view left me in awe. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a perfect getaway.

Definitely recommend this place! The people are very nice and the food is great. One of the better dal bhats I've had! Also very much enjoyed their masala tea, more flavorful and creamier than I've had anywhere else during my trek. The room is comfortable and has a private bathroom included which is clean and has a western toilet and toilet paper. The temperature in the shower adjusts smoothly and goes 'till very hot. I paid 1000 for a room (single person). I've paid the seem amount elsewhere in Ghandruk where the room and the food weren't as nice and there was no private bathroom.

Great stay here! The view from the rooftop overlooks the mountains. The family that runs the lodge is very accommodating and helpful with directions and any questions. The room was very clean and smelled nice. WiFi was very fast! About 30MBs up&down. Food was very good too, would recommend the spring roll! Mattress was firm as expected but comfortable. We didn’t have hot water during the time. We paid approx 1400 rupees /night. Will be coming back again next time I visit Ghandruk
