Riepe Village

Riepe Village is a unique and authentic place to stay. This place is perfect if you want to relax, enjoy amazing mountain views and immerse yourself in local culture as you will be staying with people, and get to see their daily lives. The staff here is really friendly, I was able to walk around the village with a guide and see all the plants they cultivate, play with local children, also enjoyed the surrounding forests and learned about other villages nearby. Accommodation is very good, room was big and comfortable with beautiful view and the food was just amazing, a feast for every meal. Local villagers even organized a song and dance performance, it was fun to listen, see and join in.
Also amazing for sunrise and sunset mountain views.

We count ourselves lucky to be great friends with the wonderful chap who created this uniquely authentic homestay experience. My wife and I spent the week here with old friends Tony Jones and his wife a few years ago, and we will definitely be returning. It's more of a hamlet than a village - and it's blissfully quiet. The whole place consists of just half a dozen traditionally built stone and timber houses - but with Western quality beds and bathrooms. We were fed fresh organic produce straight from the terraces to the table. It's very easy to just sit there and stare at the Himalayas for hours on end. Five stars for everything from us. 🙏.

Absolutely authentic homestay in rural Nepal. North-facing village means beautiful sun throughout the day and views from the Annapurnas in the west as far as Ganesh Himal in the east. The simplicity of this village is one of life's true delights; it is so very far removed from the clutter and stress of our everyday lives. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful stay. I have found my 'heaven on earth'. Will hope to return soon! Namaste

Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Riepe Village is a magical place to relax and take in the Nepali village life. Many of the the rooms look out on beautiful views of the distant Himalayas. With private bathrooms and hot showers, the amenities are very refreshing. The gracious and hospitable staff prepared excellent food for our group. They were also able to arrange transportation and recommend some easy hikes for us to take.

This is place is by far the most magical place in Nepal. It preserves the Nepal culture and architecture while making it comfortable for all guests. Waking up each morning and opening up the old wooden doors in your room is like waking up to a fairytale. If the skies are clear the view of the mountains are surreal. Do not miss out on seeing this enchanting place. Highly recommend!!

Staying in Riepe is a lovely way to experience life in Nepal. Beautiful surroundings, great food and welcoming people. It is a little gem and they make every effort to make your stay the best possible. I thoroughly enjoyed my days there.

Riepe is absolutely the best place in Nepal to relax and recover after a strenuous trek in the high mountains. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs, the food was incredible and the views of the Himalayas were absolutely stunning! Can't wait to go back!!!

A little over a year ago, I was lucky enough to visit Nepal. I live in Cambodia and met up with some friends in Kathmandu. After an inspiring walk around the Manaslu Circuit, we visited Riepe and were blessed to stay there for two magical nights. The accommodation was amazing in and of itself, especially after the long beautiful walk. Riepe has a view that will kiss your eyes. The people there and the staff smile so genuine and true it lifts the spirit. I don't know if I will ever get married, but if I do, my dream location would be this little piece of heaven. Cannot recommend the place any higher. If you have the chance to go, do it!

Reipe is a beautiful place to unwind and let all your stress melt away. Nestled above the Marsyangdi River this quiet little village offers you stunning views of the Himalayas with comforting amenities you might otherwise miss while in a typical Nepalese village. If you find yourself leaving Besisahar after a Himalayan trek, do yourself a favor and book a reservation at Reipe to treat yourself before you get back to the hectic cities. You will love every minute in Reipe. I can’t wait for my next trip back to Reipe this coming March 2020!!!

Riepe was the most magical and serene places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. After a long trek it was amazing to be able to relax in this peaceful setting. The hospitality and helpfulness of everyone here was superb ! Highly recommend

This homestay is magical. The people are gentle, the hospitality is genuine and unsurpassed and the view - there isn't any way to describe it - photos don't come close. If you have the opportunity, go there.

此の村のロッジに2泊して来ましたがスタッフは親切で凄く良かったです。又部屋も素晴らしく凄く落ち着きました。
食事も全て有機栽培で此処で育てた物ばかりで凄く美味しかったです、特に私は糖尿病なので此処育てたコーヒーを毎日飲んで居ましたね。
夜に成ると毎晩焚き火を囲んででのひと時も、コーヒーや地酒のラキシーを飲むのも良かったです。
ロッジから見える景色も素晴らしく、マナスルが目の前に其れとアンナプルナ山の峰々も近くに見えて最高です。
又訪れたい場所の1つに成りました。

Riepe est un lieu paisible et authentique.
Nous avons été reçus par Anjan et Ranjana qui ont été formidable. Ils nous ont concoctés des repas excellents et variés. Le petit déjeuner est un délice et très copieux.
Nous avons eu la chance d'être guidé par Anjan dans ce superbe village avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Nous avons également pû aller visiter l'école et y laisser des fournitures scolaires.
Les habitants du village de Riepe sont heureux de vous accueillir et de partager de doux moments avec vous.
Nous avons également pû participer à des chants et danses traditionnelles. Que d'émotions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce magnifique endroit.

Cet emplacement offre une très jolie vue des Annapurnas jusqu'à Ganesh Himal.

Lieu propice à la Farniente, yoga, méditation.
