Moonlight Guest House

Lovely authentic quiet guest house with wonderful owners and staff. The food was very good and the views are amazing. It was peaceful and comfortable. The rooms are standard basic, but shower was hot and they keep the place very clean. They are related to other guest house just above (Maya) and Sunrise guest house in Forest Camp. We liked the guest houses lower in Landruk more than the upper ones which feel crowded. This one has only fields in front. We stayed 3 nights instead of 1.

I stayed here for one night on my way to Mardi Himal in November 2022 and was very welcomed by the owners and their daughter. You have a nice view of the mountains and I had really delicious food for dinner 😋 Thank You!

Une expérience inoubliable dans cet hostel ! Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et conviviaux et n’hésitent pas à donner de bons conseils. Des amours ! La cuisine est très bonne et les chambres sont impeccables.

Мы остановились тут в апреле 2018 года. Самый вкусный тибетский хлеб за всю поездку попробовал здесь. В сочетании с видом с террасы - особенно замечательно. Комната как по меркам этих мест хорошая, а с туалетом действительно что-то надо делать. Здесь же договорился с хозяном насчет портера, (Хитмен, если ты читаешь это, привет!). Он довел нас нестандартным маршрутом до Горепани, рассказывал по пути много интересного и полезного, за что мы ему были весьма благодарны.

Authentic local tea house, owners have a small farm with some animals. They are in their 70s and try to be as accommodative as they can. They speak basic English and were able to assist us to hire a Porter for 1 of our bags.
The rooms are basic so please don't have high expectations. It is a quiet and less wealthy village compared to Ghandruk. Charging of mobile devices was in their indoor dining area.

Their premises is good however toilet are not well equipped. I've find toilet door without lock and light was not working. Their phone charging facilities in room are poor. Food is tasty. Friendly people!

Facilities are good comparing to locality but there are improvement scopes.
