It is in a prime location from the point of view of my proficiency. It is on the EW Highway of Nepal, Mahottari District, Bardibas (Junction for E-W-N-S). I got good treatment during my stay (2 nights and 3 days). Staff are better in terms of service. Management was top-notch. I only gave 2 stars for the room because of the lack of some electronic and bathroom maintenance in my room particularly (might be finished undergoing there). The rest are all good compared to the price range. Recommended.

Stay was good, clean rooms and no complaints on food. Hotel was under construction so we got room for good price. Price might increase after the completion.
