It's a beautiful out campus of Kathmandu school of Law. It's also the residential campus of the college. Many international programmes are hosted here every year. Some of the regular programmes are KD ( Kathmandu Dialogue) ESDR ( Economic Social and Development Rights) and other various residential programmes. Unique thing about this place is scenic beauty. One can have breakfast overlooking mountain. One can also go for hiking here.
