Amazing service and such a lovely place. It was so peaceful and nice stay. We loved the dinner set up, so peaceful and romantic. All the staffs were down to earth and kind. Lunch and few dinner items should be improvised. Nevertheless, we had a great time here. Thanks a lot. ♥♥

Wow. This resort is speechless. It is great for large groups, we had 20! It's also perfect for a romantic getaway. Less sure about kids though as no bathtub and pool is 5 feet deep across. Shoutout to Sanjay for being incredible!!!!! Our safaris (boat, jeep, and walking) were all incredible. The guides were passionate and fun, and we got to see so many cool animals. The pool at the resort is huge and so fun, with abundant seating around. The food was amazing!! I'm still thinking about the desserts and the breakfast. The staff is so kind and supportive, and will even help if you have a bug in your room you want out. Laundry is available at a cost. My massage at the spa was luxurious. There is a small gym that will do the job. Highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we arrived to the point of (sadly) having to leave we’ve had an awesome stay, made special by all the team here. Amit the GM was warm and welcoming. Our booking with Sandeep was nicely managed.

Every single member of the team we encountered was hospitable and looked after us so well. There are too many names to mention although I will mention Sanjay (he added a special treat!), Pabita, Chitra, Saraswati, Robin, Rabin. Our safari’s were with Pradeep who tried hard to make the trip an experience. Our room was clean and tidy and always well made up.

The cultural evening was a surprise treat with a feast fit for a king. All the meals were delicious.

After a back breaking journey of 7 hours from Kathmandu through bad road and traffic jam we landed at this property and it was definitely worth the trouble. I am a big fan of Taj properties and the hotel met all my expectations. The villas are wonderful, spacious, clean with huge a bathroom. Food was good. Service was great with all staff always attentive to guest's need. Best part of the hotel is it's location. The flowing water of the Rapti river and the Chitwan national park at the other end is truly amazing. We went on a safari ride of about four hours, spotted few animals. The evening boat ride with watching the sunset on the river bank with tea and snacks was very enjoyable. Thanks to the entire team of Meghauli Serai for making our stay so memorable. Special thanks to Aakruti, Sandeep, Sanjay, Mr Amit and tour guide Asbin. We would love to stay again at this hotel.

Staying at the Taj Meghauli Serai Resort is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The resort is stunning, the rooms are luxurious and the staff is exceptional. We loved the jungle safaris and the variety of activities available on the property. Highly recommended for a truly memorable vacation.

One of my favorite property in Nepal to stay in. The experience was Amazing. It literally refreshed me like a week long holiday while I was there for a day. The dinner while watching tharu dance and a private pool to yourself besides rapti river, what else can I ask for more . The staffs were super nice and helpful too .

Taj Meghauli Serai is the perfect place for nature lovers, especially those interested in jungle safaris. The guides are professional and knowledgeable, and they take you on a thrilling journey through the jungle. We saw so many amazing animals like tiger, leapord and elephants.

Amazing experience !! Great location, luxurious resort and an out of the world hospitality by very warm and friendly staff.

The F&B manager Pramod was super responsive to our specific food preferences. He ensured we got delicious veg food made by Chef Hitendra. The chef Hitendra came over to take our orders in every meal, setting a very high standard of customisation and responsiveness.

We had a great jungle safari deep into the main forest. Our highly experienced guide Mr Pradeep shared the jungle secrets of the various flora and fauna. We could spot the Rhinos, boars antlers and several migratory Siberian birds. Missed the tiger though …..

The river front villa where we stayed had a royal feel. The quality of the decor and the interiors was world class. The beautiful murals depicting the lives of the local Tharu community is beautiful.

Last but not the least the GM Mr Binny Sebastian is a great host. Speaking to all guests personally.

We had a fantastic stay and a great jungle tour at the Taj Meghauli.

Impeccable! We stayed there for 2 nights and never wanted to go back.
It was our anniversary and also we celebrated our baby-moon and they made it worthy.

The candle lit dinner with Tharu dance explaining about the local culture was just good. The jungle theme dinner arrangements was good.

There are few feedback. The Spa treatment is not that great also because it was congested and not the type of spa you find at these big properties. Not a good treatment, no music and kinda suffocating because of the congestion.

The toilet amenities requires big makeover. The amenities were in a pump bottle which was not working properly.

Great service.

I am checking out this morning with tears in my eyes! This is the most magical hotel and my stay has been nothing short of magnificent! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff as they were lined up at the entrance with hot towels and a special drink as we were serenaded with music. Upon entering the hotel lobby we are overlooking the river with a beautiful eternity pool. Our room was spectacular with the most amazing bed and a giant bathroom filled with beautiful toiletries ... double sinks, bathtub, shower and outdoor shower and meditation area. The staff went out of their way to make every meal special and delicious! Sanjay took care of my food requirements due to allergies and was always there designing the table tops, serving us with a smile and making sure we were well taken care of. The excursions were wonderful...recommend the canoe ride down the river and the village tour as well as the game drive. We saw rhinos, monkeys, sloth bears and beautiful birds! Our guide Arkansas was very knowledgeable and made our Jeep ride so interesting...a wonderful young man brimming with information about the animals and sharing such wonderful stories of his life growing up with the animals. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend this most spectacular hotel!

Beautiful and peaceful. The location might be a little on the negative aspect but fully worth the travel.

The property is breathtaking, and the attention to detail is unparalleled. My family and I had a fantastic week and would strongly suggest this resort to anyone searching for an adventure.

We got a nice welcome with welcome drink and snacks. Good food, good infrastructure. Rooms are nice with good view, fitted with fancy switch boxes and bath fittings. Staffs were very helpful
As the name suggests they provide all safari options: boating, elephant ride,Jeep or hike. Villa rooms are the best.
This hotel is owned by Chaudhary group and managed by taking hotels.

The food was amazing, the rooms were opulent and big, and the activities were both enjoyable and enlightening. I can't wait to go back to this place.
