Worst Bank Ever. The lady at Thamel branch is rude and completely disrespectful to customers. It felt like a governmental office. On top of that they never pick up the phone.

One of the worst (terrible) bank in Nepal. Plzz dont try to call on landline phone bcoz they never pickup.

At least pick up the call at least once ... Jaile call garda ni kaile uthaudaina..
