UnionBank of the Philippines - Puerto Princesa

Don't expect to get a worthwhile banking experience here. Although they have faster processing queues, its tellers might need some refreshers on basic courtesy. Had a recent experience where my concern wasn't addressed thoroughly and was treated rudely, so I left the bank disappointed. They don't treat you properly like a customer.

Worst bank in Puerto Princesa. So old and inefficient. The ATMs are almost always empty of cash or not working. They only have one branch in the city compared to other banks with 3 and there is always long long lines at the ATM or to see a teller. Even when you're waiting it seems like the teller is spending more time in between customers doing who knows what which is why the lines must be so long.

Never attempted the delivery of the Card

Purya gaba ang company na to. Kaminng co-worker ko may laman na ang card pero di maka withdraw kasi "unable to process" daw. Friday ngayon and sa Monday pa mag open ang customer service. It happens many times. Sana malugi ang company na to. Bakitnkasi ito pa Napili ng employer ko. Wala na akong makain. Wala naring mautangan.
