Good for bills payments and cash deposits, etc

BDO San Pedro have the best Customer service compared to this branch. Teller should and must be trained to be a customer oriented to practice good customer service. But sadly, I just only seen limited staffs that processed those traits (good customer service and wearing smile).. And the others, are maybe not in a mood to assist some clients. The Office is good and spacious, the security is okay. I feel secured but some teller maybe i will reconsider to give it 4stars if you trained frontliners how to become hospitable and customer oriented.. Looking forward to it.

Worst experience here. Security are rude and don't know how to help and will not allow customer to speak to actual bank employee. Told me to wait an hour for the ATM deposit to work during the hours it is supposed to be open. After an hour they tell me to wait another 30 minutes. What kind of service is that? Do not empty your ATM for 1.5 hours during operation hours that is horrible service.

If I were you, try to go to different branch nalang. Siguro if milyones transaction mo goods sila.. Super assisted ka like.

if possible dapat walang star, di sila marunong mag accommodate ang hirap nila kausap, pagpapasa pasahan kalang, galit agad si ate girl nagtatanong lang naman ako
