Area is in process of being revitalized, but it is still a great place to learn some WWII history.

My teenage nephew is interested in history and liked this museum very much. A lot of new things to see and learn about. It is allowed to take photos on some of the jeeps and motorcycles. We went there twice and both times the front gate was closed so we had to ask if we can go inside. They let us in and we left donation as our entrance fee.

Palawan, Puerto Princesa is in the southern part of the Philippines. It is the largest area province in the Philippines. The underground river and other places there are so nice.

Visited here last December 22, 2023. They let us in though they were close to that day and just asked for donations for our entrance fee.

Don't forget this place to your list when you visit Palawan😉

This is a really interesting collection of WW-II memorbilia. It was great to learn about the brave Palawenos and the American soldiers who aided them.

It is run on donations so bring some Pesos to contribute.

Great way to familiarize ones self with palawan's history and its contribution to our independence. We had fun looking at the war memorabilia On display. Got a relative in palawan? Try looking his name up in the heroes roster displayed up front and feel proud. We certainly did when we found out ancestors, a grand uncle and a grand cousin in the roster.

Great little museum. It was closed for the day for maintenance when we arrived however, the man still let us in to have a look around and only wanted a donation. Thank you.

Very small, still enjoyed it, got to see some cool things, and war items. Unfortunately they were still recovering from a typhoon, and didn't have everything displayed, which wasn't a problem, be sure to check this spot out when the opportunity comes.

Also, bring a water bottle with you, it does get quite hot in there.

Great WWII museum. Items are in great shape. They need to label the items so you know what they are. Very informative on the massacre of the US and filipno POWs.

I stumbled onto this place by accident and it turned out to be a great little private museum. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I was pretty much the only one in the whole place. This was all very interesting for me to see especially because my grandfather told me all about his service in the Philippines when he was in the US Navy during WWII.

Of Puerta Princessa Palawan's 3 museums this was the only one open today, Saturday, July 6. It is a little gem with a very pleasant and knowledgeable hostess, lots a WWII local detail items, documents and pictures with a minimal entrance fee of Pesos 50, seniors 30. It is closed on Mondays. I strongly recommend it
