Friendly owner, Clean room, Cheapest in the town.

This property has some pros and cons.
Pros - First, they allowed us early check-in and late checkout. So good they're flexible.
The room and property was clean.
The biggest pros - the lady working there is super helpful and friendly. She helped to arrange airport transfer, talked to owner to fix wifi and overall was smiling and ready to help anytime.

Cons - they charged us 1000 php for a tiny 10m2 room, where our luggage didn't even fit. The toilet room was leaking from the ceiling when you're in the toilet.
Church - at 5 am the church, which is very close, starts talking through speakers...
Also, wifi doesn't work in the room nr. 3, not sure about other rooms.

Overall, I'd say it is worth no more than 500-600php per night.
