Our Northern Home Transient House

The room was perfect with really nice balcony with the view of mountains. Love the clean bed and nice duvet with diffuser, these are not things you typically find in a "transient" we felt like we were staying in a hotel.

Service, this can be improved on, I hope you don't let your guests climb up to the 4th floor just where your reception area is just to check-in. This was unexpected and with us still adjusting to the thin air, had our hearts racing. I hope the management will advise people of this prior to reserving a room and making the trip. (Some PWD and senior citizens may not be able to do it as there are no elevators). Poor cellphone signal but the Fast and stable wifi made up for it. Smooth booking process with online payment options.

Location is perfect, made up for the issue we had with service. Once we had settled and enjoyed the view, it was all worth it.

Food is good, this is a new business which I know will only get better.

Place is around 45mins away from Northern Blossom Farm, Sakura Park, and Mt. Olis 😁
Place has a carpark and an affordable coffee house which is just a close distance from the unit.

Place is so relaxing and cozy, We visited town of Atok northern blossoms and Some area's of Tublay Benguet, we also visited Ambuklao dam from there so if you want to check those areas this is a must place, this will be the center of those areas,

The owner and the staff is accommodating and kind, check their Resto too. Good food and coffee and Hot Choco is also good.

Will be back again soon..

It's a home, away from home. The restaurant serves a variety of local and comfort foods.
