CB Mall Urdaneta

It's a nice place, if you're looking for the SSS, PHILHEALTH AND PAG-IBIG, there are on the third floor of CB Mall.😙👍

The reason why I went here is because I'm getting my NBI clearance. I'm surprised that the mall looks upgraded. They have automated doors that will open and close automatically. Not very crowded and you'll have options too as to where you wanna eat. Guards are accomodating and friendly as well as other staffs. Getting my NBI clearance is always easy in CB Mall. I always make sure that when I renew my clearance, this place is my first option.

Very good location for shopping and eating

(Highlighting their grocery store) I like the fact that they are still open to customers even if the mall is already closed. Their product price is cheaper compared to others.

The following photos are from one of their parking lot events - Treats and Trends (a similar event was held here too, for “inihaw” or grilling). There are food and RTW stalls for cheap finds and street foods. A band also plays on scheduled nights. This was on a Saturday.

A place where trending concepts of food and non-food were located in the City of Urdaneta at an affordable price.

Operating schedule is from 3PM-11PM, daily.

Primary market being served are students and young working-class.

Very nice place. People we're very friendly and you will surely enjoy spending time inside the mall because of fun zones and stores with very affordable products.

Government Services have branches inside the Mall premises, very reliable and transactions are very fast (satisfying) no need to go to nearby or far more branches to transact services as SSS, PHILHEALTH, NBI and etc.

Playground too and educational materials are available as well as grocery store and other fast food restaurants, mobile and other gadget needs same is true with other machines and equipments (tools) are all in.

Good place and more hubs included in thos place.

I go to National Bookstore and Super8 Grocery. Lota of other shops too!

Clean and aircondition is not that bad. Lots of people going in and out mostly because the government offices are mostly here. Staffs are friendly.

A mall that's all in one shop! Very friendly environment,with clean restrooms and lots of sitting elements for resting that other malls don't have and with free wifi! Convenient for shopping ,buying groceries and most of all the government agencies are all there! 👏👍

It improved a lot since I last visited.. If your looking a place to unwind this is the mall for you. Play video games, Billiards, table tennis, eat and drink. Has government agencies inside. If you like shopping, it doesn't have the brands that you might looking.

we just went here for my PAG- IBIG to file change status and it was great!!! it was so happened that the BRANCH MANAGER was around, salute to u sir! thank u and godBless!!!

Small than SM City Central and okey ang place with solemn Chapel. Very attached to Urdaneta people for the owners are from this place....

There are a lot of stores here that offers things in lower prices like clothes. They also have food court and other fast food restaurants. Most of all, there are government offices available.
