Medyo matagal ang process. Inabot akonng 2 hours pag open ng account. Pero napakabait ng lahat ng employees nila.

Employees are very slow in assisting people even though there are not much people in the branch. It took me 2 hours just to apply for a card replacement. Would not recommend to go here if you're in a rush.

SUPER SLOW SERVICE. SUPER SLOW 3-4 HOURS IN OPENING AN ACCOUNT. 2-3 HOURS JUST TO CLAIM YOUR CARD!

Very poor service. Nag intay ako ng tatlong oras para makuha sana ang bago kong debit card. Only to be assigned to their ill-mannered staff. Imbis na bigyan ka ng options at ipaliwanag ng maayos yung concern, sasagutin ka pa ng pabalang. Just wasted 3 hours..

Super slow service ilan lang kami sa pila pero umabot ako ng 3hrs bago ko makausap yung teller and worst is hindi ko rin nakuha yung bank certificate ko dahil wala yung Manager na pipirma. Sana next time inform agad nila para di waste of time may work din po kami.

This is the WORST BPI Branch. Pinaka mabagal na queue sa lahat ng bangko. Mas mabilis pa LandBank to think na mabagal na ang LandBank due to gov transaction. Mas mabagal pa BPI Pagsawitan. deposit will took 2hrs sa pila. They assist 1hr per 1customer. Isa sa mga pinag sisihan ko na nag open ako ng account dito sa branch na to. I will not recommend anyone to open an account. 1st time ko mag pickup ng card, it took me 2hrs waiting sa pag pickup palang ng card. 2hrs.. worst words are not enough to explain how worst this branch. It is much better if they close it totally.
