Is the mall that offers wonderfull panorama that suites for family bonding,and Dating, e.g. the deck view and the fauntain at the back of the mall. Transportation is easilly accessible for the commuters. Also there are kids playground like Ambika and other children's recreational facilities. You could also enjoy the food offers and shopping at the lowest price.

Traffic whith in 5-9pm so watch out. Not everyday. But i can say sometime.

This shopping serves you anything you need from shopping, playground and restaurants

Very accessible and much nearer to my residence. Minimal traffic on the way compared to SM Fairview.
