John & Aireen's Resto Bar

We ate here for lunch and dinner almost every night we stayed in Puerto Galera! John & Eireen are so welcoming and friendly and the food is amazing. Big portions and very cheap! We ran out of cash and none of the ATMs in the area would allow us to withdraw cash, so they told us to still order food and drinks and to pay the next day when we could find a working ATM which was extremely thoughtful and kind of them. 10/10 for the food, drinks and service!! Would recommend to anyone staying in Puerto Galera! :-)

Love John and Aireen's Bar located in the center of downtown Puerto Galera. Great snacks and meals options for both foreign and Filipino guests. An entertaining hangout in town.

Immer einen Besuch wert, gerne wieder

John & Aireen ist eine kleine Restobar in Puerto Gallera, wo sich gerne Einwanderer Treffen. Immer nach dem Einkauf muss ich da eine zwischen Verpflegung einnehmen. Besitzer John & Aireen sind immer Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Mahlzeiten werden immer Frisch und lecker mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Werde immer gerne wieder hierher kommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Einfaches, aber richtig gut schmeckende Essen. Mir schmeckte besonders das Chicken Curry und das Chicken Cordon blue. Bitte etwas Zeit mitbringen, da alles frisch zubereitet wird. Nach der Bestellung wird oft erst im naheliegenden Fleischgeschäft das benötigte Fleisch eingekauft.
Betrieben wird das Restaurant von einem philippinischen Ehepaar. Die Frau kocht.
Gäste sind sehr viele aus der Schweiz, Deutschland und Dänemark anzutreffen. Dementsprechend ist auch die Speisenauswahl angepasst.
Um ziemlich genau 12:00 Uhr Mittags ist das Restaurant meist brechend voll. Typisch europäische Gewohnheiten der Gäste. Besser ihr kommt vorher oder so ab 14:00 Uhr, so als mein Tipp!
