rcbc dito sa sambat sta cruz has the worst teller/customer service. pumila ako using their numbering system. merong isang tatay na waiting tapos ako na susunod. a lady came in derecho agad sya sa kay teller1 just because they knew each other so that teller started processing whatever transaction that teen needed at the time. next, another woman arrived tapos rekta ulet sya kay teller2 without getting her number and without waiting. it took 30mins for her to speak with that teller. then teller1 went to teller2 para makisuyo dun sa transaction ni lady. so total siguro 45mins. i saw tatay na yumuko at umiiling iling na. and ako naman antok na antok na. i just came from gy shift at 9am ang out ko, rekta agad sa bangko thinking i’ll be assisted kasi patay na oras naman. pero kahit gaano pala kaaga sa bangko na to kung di ka kakilala, di ka priority. i admire bpi and bdo na kahit super pila atleast sinusunod nila ang numbering system whatever your transaction is. first time ko pa naman dito. kung di lang dito ang encashment ng check ay di talaga ako pupunta dito. yun lang. bye
