After I sought assistance with my undisputed cash, in their office i was advised to call my bank to reimburse my lost amount which will be catered after 5 banking days which was right. But after I leave and wait yet they have not signed any poster to advise customers for their flawed machine. It's an awful experience, I was about to send my undisputed salary to my lil sister who's in college; now we are suffering and an employee inside the establishment even had told me that it is not their control that it happened. Still I am waiting for my salary to be charged back with my bank, such a tremendous amount of stress I've experienced...
