Bought a pair of beach slippers, went to the beach in El Nido twice and the design started peeling off one of the slippers. This was within less than a week of the purchase date. Went back to the closest store (in Mall of Asia) after we got back from El Nido to ask about changing the defective slipper. The first staff member seemed nice and she wanted to help, but her manager (or senior staff) came next and very rudely told us they can’t do anything because I used the slippers. I explained to her that they became defective after normal use, how would we discover they were defective without using them? She just repeated herself rudely not even trying to be helpful. Avoid Penshoppe products, by the time ur holiday is over they may be falling apart, poor quality!!
