Oceanus Restaurant

Wonderful place. Chris and Danmark were outstanding - very, very courteous, very, very accommodating and simply amazing. Food was great. View was wonderful!!! Beach was great and water was clear. We had a fantastic time!!! People passing by Santiago, Ilocos Sur SHOULD DEFINITELY COME AND SEE THIS PLACE.

Comparing to the dinner we had in another province, Oceanus price & serving is worth your money. Senior Citizen discount is allowed even for Group Meal & No Service Charge, so give TIP to the servers. The view is also very nice.

Malaga (fish) was good!!!! Food was yummy and prices are reasonable. Parking was plentiful. I’ll come back.

Simple Filipino food. Most everything is BBQ style on a stick (pork, chicken, fish, longganisa, etc.). Food was good. View of cove was very lovely and peaceful. Service was friendly and prompt.

Beautiful ambience, relaxing view of the ocean whilst dining

This resyaurant is near Santiago Cove Hotel/Resort in Ilocos Sur. It is beside the beach so it gives off that breezy ocean air while you dine in this santorini themed restaurant. We tried their halo halo and seafood lumpia - both worth the prices! Parking is available just beside the restaurant

This is a review of the loudness of the music within and outside the restaurant. It’s freaking too loud. They should confine the sound to the interior of the restaurant. It can be heard at our hotel 1/2 km away.

Poor service, we ordered halo halo and it was served after 2hrs of waiting considering that theres minimum number of customers dine in. Once served it looks as if we ordered soup as the ice already melted. I will not go back to this resto waste of time and money.
