Some teachers need to be more competent in their job. Teachers in this school, mostly in kindergarten, must be more effective, put in more effort, and frequently arrive late or absent during scheduled class times. These can impact students, especially in the early grades like Grade 1, leading to gaps in their knowledge and learning.

Some teachers in this school need to have a psychiatric evaluation.

When not in mode, the teacher (Retchie-Lyn Eltagonde) occasionally displays anger towards kindergarten students when no parents are around. My child has expressed how upset the teacher becomes, and this behavior is unprofessional, causing some of the more empathetic students to feel uncomfortable or stressed. She also has a history of being a notorious backstabber and shouting over the students.
