Personnel are helpful and accommodating. The office is organised and clean.

Others have bad experience but I did not have it at all. For those walk in, sa gilid mag agi dili sa front. Mag fill up og forms, magpa number sa guard and present a vaccination card. I really had a pleasant time. I came in 1:30 and nakakuha na after 20 minutes sguro. Thank you PSA staff!

EDIT: you need to have an appointment!! so go to google and search psa appointment. Bring a valid id and ballpen.

Appointment is a must para madali lang makuha. It only took me 8 minutes from payment to releasing.

Lots of people queued up almost daily. If you can get your docs from their website, do that instead.

The quickest PSA appointment that I've been, less than an hour and I'm out of the building. More organized and not crowded due to online appointment scheduling. Just a bit confusing that it is located at the back when you're not familiar with the place since the PSA ID system is located at the front. Keep doing well PSA Tagum.
