We are surprised about this Hotel standard in Sto. Tomas. It is not a stylish or modern Hotel, but: It is a rock-solid Hotel in Sto Tomas. In Germany we would describe it as a "Monteur-Hotel", means: You get a nice room, a clean bath, in the Philippines also a working Aircon, for an affordable price.

Room was not too big, but you can reach the queensize (?) Bed form three sides without any problems: Comfortable.
The Aircon was strong enough, to cool the room down to maybe 25° or less in less than 20 Minutes: Good! After the Shower, the room was comfortable.
In silent mode for the night, the aircon is silent enough to let you sleep. Funny: The LED Temperature signal of the Aircon is bright enough to have a night light for good orientation in the room.
Shower: A little bit pulsing, i think the cold and the warm water has two different source pumps. The Toilet water was grey and dirty, but the Faucet and Shower Water is not. So i think they have two different lines for Toilet Water and Body-contact water.
You have also a chair and a little desktop. If you need to work, the WiFi is good enough for small tasks. Up to 50Mb, ping to germany is around 270 ms. Still good enough for short RDP sessions. The WiFi Password is noted on the room-card cover!
The entrance Hall and the aisle is biiiig. And nice decorated. I did not expect a Lobby like this in Sto. Tomas. Everything is clean, good clean (not the typical Philippino "clean enough" way). Staff is friendly.
The Continental Breakfast is included in the price! And it exists by Cold cuts, Scrambled Eggs, fresh brewed Coffee... Joke!!! The room price is 999 Pesos/Night! The Breakfast exist of 2 pieces of toast (cutted to 4 pieces), a homeopathic portion of butter, and a idea of Jam (Pineapple?), together with a cup of the "famous" 3in1 (or 2in1) Standard Coffee out of the bag.
There's a lot of things need to be renovated, but it is really a good place to stay for one or two nights - if you spend the day outside, in Company, or by your family, or excursions... The Hotel itself don't offer anything. No Gym, no pool, no spa. But you can call for a massage at your room, better than nothing.
The Hotel entrance is on the backside! You need to pass a scary dark aile to get to the parking lot. A nice and clean and comfortable parking lot. Sometimes, there is also a security. You need to take the elevator to go to level 3 (elevator has only 2 button: G & 3).
It is absolute no hotel for honeymoon or holyday, but it is nice to just sleep there and have a clean CR/Shower, dry towels, Internet...
It is located at the highway, so it is not the quietest place on earth. But the windows are good, you can sleep if you are not tooo sensitive. The Grocery and the Citi Hardware in the same building support you with everything you might need, you can also buy cold San Miguel light (i think the only beer) at the lobby. Checkout is 12 Noon, very comfortable.

The personnel were very polite, the bed is super comfortable the price is reasonable!!

Price ng room is:
Regular- 999 (6 am kami nag in, 12 noon yong out, kinabukasan)
Deluxe nila is- 1599
Though reg lang ang room, super ganda parin, malakas yong aircon, malinis and hindi tinipid yong room. Super comfy. Queen size bed and may cold and hot shower sila. May bread, butter and coffee for two din for breakfast.
Staffs are very approachable and enthusiastic makipag usap. Inassist ka talaga nila. They also gave water in a pitcher pala, with a pair of toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap..

Building and facilities are nice for a hotel outside the city. Had a 50% discount as well, which was neat. Staff were a bit passive though and forgot that we had already paid the deposit on check-in. Tried to charge us again. Would've been perfect otherwise.

Management is very good and had a pleasant experience staying there however average rooms, pocket friendly

They need to add a fridge to the rooms as no rooms have a fridge not even the higher price room
