BIR Taguig is located at the Bonifacio Technology Center (formerly known as GCIC building)

Office starts from 8 to 5pm, but they accomodate clients from 830am or 9am.

Very efficient, courteous and helpful staff. Completed my TIN transaction, including the wait, in less than an hour

Completed y transaction in less than 5 minutes! I didn’t even get to complete the form but the BIR staff processed it once I dictated the information.

The queues are quite organized and they have a ticketed queuing system. Guard in front it also very helpful. Another guard helps with queues to avoid confusion.

So far, I had a smooth experience. Sometimes it's not the workers' fault why it's slow it's because of the slow computer system or perhaps their internet network.

It's the only thing to improve, other than that good staff, nice facility and comfort room.

Organized system and smooth flow, but they only allow people to come in by 8:30AM despite being open since 8:00AM.

The BIR personnel here are courteous, thorough in their explanation of any process and/or requirements. At its entrance, guards are knowledgeable of BIR processes and are able to guide people to counter to transact and what form to accomplish.

The long queue of people is beyond anyone's control as there are some who can transact for 5 or more different corporations or large taxpayers wherein their entire transactions could take up an hour or more. Hence, the place being air-conditioned, with movies being shown in waiting ares, with no noon break as well as having nearby food stores and copy centers are a plus.

Went to BIR Taguig (current rdo) past noon last Monday (02/05/2018) to request for an RDO transfer. Got a visitor I.D., took the elevator to the 3F, got a queue number by the entrance. Right before I enter their office my number was already to be serviced. My filled out 1905 form was stamped right after the representative reviewed it and was advised that they’ll be the one to process the transfer and I no longer have to go to the other BIR office. I was surprised about the new process and it only took me less than a minute for the process. Bravo! Excellent! #duterteadministration #changeishere #keepitup
