Uptown Parade Parking Lot

Lots of parking slots. I think up to 5-level parking. If you are just new in the area and you work within Uptown and nearby streets, be sure to arrive not later than 7:30AM during weekdays as it gets fully occupied quickly. By far this is the cheapest paid parking I’ve tried and my go-to when I bring my car at work. First 3 hours is worth P50 and P10 for every succeeding hour (this is weekdays).

Cheapest parking near uptown. They increased their rate since July 2023. It's now P50 for first 3 hrs then P15 for succeeding hrs. Still cheap. You don't need to take out your car and drive it around and enter the parking again (this is what people do to avoid high rates upon the 7th hr at uptown mall). Fills up fast beginning at 7am and by 8am the space is already full.

The Uptown Parade Parking lot has lots of improvement. More parking is available.

Love how spacious the parking spaces are but if you're planning to go here on a gimik night (friday and saturday nights), you gotta have patience in looking for an vacant space. Great location too as it is a walking distance to most BGC hotspots.

One of the cheapest car park in BGC. Very spacious. They have improved the parking space adding multilevel steel carpark unlike before, it was only an open area.
