Bad experience at this branch. the teller at counter 4 told me for the second time that I should fix the money I deposited because she was having a hard time when she was the one who fixed it, that's her job. she was the only teller who tells me to do that. SHe shouldn't have to work if she didn't want to suffer.. I was embarrassed by what she did, I don't know if she tripped me, maybe she thought I wasn't saying anything, I just don't want to scandalize your branch but I'm so disgusted by what she did! !!.

Mag oonline appointment ka pero hindi ka agad tina tawag sa system nila diko magets kung baket sa ibang branch hindi naman ganun at on time ako sa schedule ko kinoncern ko sa teller sila pa ang galet mag paliwang. at last friday jan 25 may change na 100pesos ang deposit ko hindi na ibigay ng teller. kaya na concern pa sya ng monday dapat pag ganun tatawagan ka nila para pabalikin. pano nag balanse ang teller na yun.
