Land Bank of the Philippines

I had a very wonderful experience with Landbank Provincial Capitol Tagbilaran Branch. Reliable & respectful staff. My concern was address immediately.

Gute Bedienung

I needed to do an urgent payment to an Government Landbank account in Manila.
From end of Panglao I drove to Tagbilaran to the Landbank accros Shoppers. Hard to park was the first problem. Then I had to present my entire concern to the Guard! He asked me about the recipient account and even I explained he asked again if this account is own by my husband!?! (Government account).
After 20 minutes discussion he told me that I have now to take a number and wait because all this people sitting there are in line also. There had been around 20 people. And the waiting area is OUTSIDE beside the street with all the traffic.
So I proceeded to ICM where according to Google another branch of Landmark is.
But this is no more! Someone told me that they moved out to another place. When I arrived there (exactly 2.06 PM) the guard there told me, that 5 Minutes ago they closed because they changed their working time from 3PM to 2 PM. I asked for the favor to let me in, cause I have to ride 40 km to come again, but the response was negative. Very bad service.

Up to 1 hour talaga kumuha ng ATM card? Incompetent service
