It is always as expected a line long waiting inside the branch. But what makes it bearable are the pleasant and very helpful staff. From the moment you enter the guards were very pleasant and helpful. And when it's your number that is being entertained the staff where very helpful and will go an extra mile to help you out in the questions. Shoutout to JANE for very helpful and for helping me out in ALL of my questions and transaction.

This bank is the busiest bank in the entire city. everytime I pass by this road, there are a lot of people in line queing for the atm or for them to enter the bank. maybe a lot of company are using this bank for their transactions. better to find other banks if you are in a hurry. dont expect that you will get done in just minutes.

Hmmmmmm just hate the wait

The slowest bank system in Tagbilaran. Better to look for other branch than go here to process. I regret opening an account here. Also, I qeued for more than 2 hours for my number to be called when I noticed that qeueing system is based on seats. Useless printed qeueing machine paper. When will they learn that not all customers have all the time to wait and lived in the city. We came to the city to have errands and do it as much as possible within a day only but they make it impossible. 🙁🙄

Slow processing, Just wanna claim my bdo card and had to wait for like 3hours. This is the worst and slowest bdo here in Tagbilaran City.
I regret to open account here.

tellers window 13 and 11 including manager are of very low-quality customer service, inconsistent of what they say and inefficient servicing time from 1:39 to 6pm waiting time

You got to have a lot of patience. Priority number system is faulty. I also tried getting qr code online still no improvement. BPIs system is much better.
