Yummiest that I've had so far here in Bohol. So proud. Hoping that this is owned by a relative! Would be happy to meet and get to know the owner of this yummy treat place!

I was clearly giving the details and even wrote a note that I wanted in my daughter's cake. I clearly state to put the EDIBLE candle "number 9" in the cake. However, when I arrived they only put a photo paper number 9 instead of EDIBLE CANDLE. The happy birthday statement is so pale and not nice to see in a cake. The staff that we talked when we ordered didn't explain a thing about the EDIBLE candle, she always nod and I believed she didn't listen the details or even read it. The staff when we arrived to get the order explained that the EDIBLE candle was broken and even explained that the EDIBLE candle can only put beside the cake instead of putting it above. If only the 1st staff gave that information to us. We won't be expecting to much and won't get furious. The last 2 staffs are good in negotiating our complaints and this is not there fault. I am a food engineer in hotels and resorts and I also visits random establishment. It was so sudden to go to your shop because one of my friend recommended it. Every customer that would also experience the way I did will also feel the same. You would also feel the same.
