the most rude bank employees and manager I ever have met. They think they are somebody and can treat their the cystomer like sh... Well, I have closed my account and I'm with BDO now, a much much more professional bank.

I suggest:
1.Add more tellers. Client turnover/waiting time is 3 to 5hours.
2. Offer seats especially to senior/elderly clients.
3. Clean bathrooms with supply of soap and dryer.

Place has been off line for the past 5 days .how long dose it take too get back on line . Cant withdraw my money.
