The communication is quick, the operator replied immediately only concern is The charges are too high vs other tour operators.

Found out it's cheaper to just do the research yourself and book your own international flights.....

From the first interaction, the operator was disorganized and did not even know when the ferry leaves to get to Coron, in order to participate in the first day. Because they were disorganized, I completely missed the whole first day of the tour. They said they would refund me for the day and they did not at first. I had to submit a complaint through Viator. They gave me a worthless 3% refund for missing 67% of the advertised time (advertised 3 days and I was only able to participate for 1 day). The listing clearly said that breakfast would be provided, but I had to call them several times to request breakfast because they told me it wasn’t included. The hotel they put me in was not at all worth the money that I paid. There are many other tour companies in Coron that I saw offer the same package for a fraction of what this company charged me.
