Ordering was easy using PayPal and service was excellent. No problems encountered. In fact they even helped us get the flowers delivered earlier. An on-site picture was sent through e-mail and you really get what you ordered from the website. Thank you!

My first time to order online at Gertrudes Flower Shop for sympathy flowers. I'm happy to be able to pay via credit card, obtain email confirmation after ordering, have the item delivered on the same day & get notification on the delivery together with pictures of the actual item delivered.
Only con is that the message in the sash was not properly segmented. But that's okay.

I live abroad so I ordered using their online chat service. It was very easy and quick. The price online of the flower arrangement that I chose was accurate and nothing extra was charged. Delivery was on time and the flowers were exactly as was in the photo. Very satisfied.

I've been suing Gertrudes for several years. You can order online which is super convenient coz their website has actual pictures and you know what you're getting. They are super responsive and Love the same day delivery.
They also proactively email the picture of the flowers upon delivery as confirmation which gives peace of mind and no need to chase down. The best this all of this is the reasonable pricing. !!!

Wonderful site for family members like me abroad. My auntie died and I wanted to express my sympathy and support to the family through flowers. I inquired through fb messenger and they responded fast. I ordered through email and everything (paypal payment) was safe and secure. Flowers were delivered the same day. Trustworthy place!

They have a lot of choices & delivery is free to Sampaloc. Marvin was very helpful from the start and answered all my queries in a nice and respectful way. They emailed photos of the flowers when it was delivered and mailed the official receipt right away. I found them in the net and was a bit skeptical but since i had no choice decided to order anyway. Called them before ordering online, they were accommodating and was able to help me choose the right flower. Despite the heavy rain on the day of delivery, the flower that was delivered was still gorgeous. I would definitely be ordering from them in the future again.

I live in the US and ordered thru their email service. My arrangements were to go to the American Cemetery, to honor my fallen Uncle and and Unknown soldier. They not only delivered but emailed pictures of the graves. Very pleasant to work with and good value.
