RDO 49 is here. Nice building. Good service. Modern look and ambiance. Aircon is cool enough. Get a visitor's ID outside building entering the building; you must know which RDO you are going to because the floor is on the visitor's number.

Upon arriving, there's a guard that prints your number. Each time you need to switch Windows, get a number from there.

On the day I came, I brought all the forms needed in triplicate including photocopies of government IDs. The purple documentary stamp is also available here at 30 pesos each.

Now their systems were down and offline so I had to pay via GCASH instead of cash. I didn't have any internet and the staff kindly connected me to one so I could pay online and email the screenshot of the same. Since they went offline and I was warned that it could take awhile (hours), I was given the option to come back at a different day or to wait. I opted to wait, so I waited for a few hours for the system to get back online so I could get my papers. But the wait wasn't boring because of the free wifi access. I also watched the advisory ads on their TV. The staff were consistently friendly and guided me on what to do to update things, but for other details, I was invited to attend their free online seminar once they have a schedule posted (at the time I came, they didn't have one yet).

The restroom on the 31st floor for female was clean and neat. The waiting area with the chairs was quiet.

Overall, this place gave good service and you can expect to get results if you come with your forms filled-in ahead of time.

Arrived at the BIR RDO 49 (for North Makati) today at around 8:45 AM. Before going inside the building, there are a couple of guards who will take a picture of your valid ID and assist you to which floor you should go. They'll also give you a sticker that you can put on your shirt so the staff inside the building can identify you. At first, I thought that the lines will be long, but I was the first person they entertained. All the staff are friendly and assistive so there's definitely no need for you to worry even if it's your first time to go here. All-in-all it took me approx. 15-20 minutes (from going inside the building, riding the elevator, getting my number from the front door, processing my application for TIN issuance, and getting my ID).

Here's a tip for all: Visit their website first and check all the requirements that you need to bring for easier and faster transactions. Also, bring a valid ID and a pen. It wouldn't hurt if you'll come prepared ;)

Went here last Friday, July 28. I arrived 7:50am and i was like the 8th in queue. The lady guards were nice. They let us in exactly 8am. The queue on elevator was quite long. I actually didnt know what floor is the bir until i looked at the visitor pass the guard gave me. It is indicated there what floor you should go. Marami palang floor ang bir depende sa purpose mo. I am on 34th ata, for tin verification only. I was the 2nd in line and it took me no longer than 10mins. The guy who assisted me was nice naman. Not sure lang if rush hour or maraming tao. It is better to go early talaga or not due dates para di hassle i think.

Second time been here and was treated nicely. Staffs were accommodating and very helpful. I hope all branches of government offices were like them.

Had my RDO code transferred in less than 10 mins. was glad there was someone (BIR employee) assigned to do initial review of your concern while you are in queue to ensure you brought the documents needed in order to save time.
