Renaissance Spa and Beauté Studio

It has the worst customer service you can imagine. Just trying to schedule an appointment is a major frustrating challenge.
I've tried their services a few years ago and they were good. This time time though, it's a different story.

Sometime last month, all of its publicized contact numbers couldn't be reached, both for this branch and its original branch. Either no one was answering, the number was incorrect, or the number was not in service. On top of that, its multiple Facebook pages were unresponsive. Finally, later in the day, one of the Facebook pages did respond to the inquiry. I brought up the issue about their contact numbers, and I was only responded with a flat "Okay po. Sorry." I asked if they have updated their contact information, so I could save it on my phone. I got no response and left my question on "seen" mode. I was practically left hanging. In short, not recommended.
