They are responsive and excellent in accomodating patients

Very pleasant experience here. Was seen swiftly on arrival and had a good consultation with the doctor and nurse. Both very knowledgeable and also had a lovely conversation with them after treatment. Staff all very friendly and facilities adequate during time I was there

They fairly accommodate patients.

The rooms are comfortable beds and a view in the heart of the city of tagbilaran. Wi-Fi is very far from our room. Nice wonderful place.

Check up my self

The staff is very friendly and attentive, that is pretty much the only thing good about this place. The facilities are marginal and somewhat run down, no reason to see rust on hospital beds, see sky through air-con cut out a little paint please. The actual hospital equipment is also marginal at best. The really painful thing here is that their facilities and equipment are 2 out of 10 but the cost??? OMG. Had the same procedure done in Cebu at Velez Hospital (6 or 7 out of 10 for facilities and cleanliness) and it was HALF THE PRICE. People said Velez was expensive so I was totally shocked. CASH ONLY for the doctor's portion of the bill. Would be 1 star if not for the kind and helpful staff.

Place is built for midgets. Neutral when it comes to healthcare since I've never undergone treatment or anything there.

My brother died in this Hospital October 28,2023 just a few weeks ago. I’m not satisfied what the attending doctor as he told me he didnt know what happened! He said he did everything he could. Well, I dont think so. I saw him hanging around the lobby laughing , chatting with young folks and appearing to sign autographs in other hospitals instead of attending his dying patient, my brother, in the ICU. The only reason he was transferred to the ICU is because we insisted, no one at the hospital cared enough to give him the treatment required to save his life. Our hospital bills are unbelievable as we were charges for everything in the hospital from gloves, to bond paper, to 7 more doctors that only decided to evaluate him after he was brain dead. When he was first admitted, still okay and awake, why did they not perform CT scan , mri etc to prevent him from going comatose. In icu i saw the doctors touch his pulse , open his eyes to see if he was still alive, send specialists to evaluate? Why not sent them when he was still alive not brain dead . They insisted we buy 20k worth of medicine which they never administered.On his last night on this earth he had cardiac arrest and died, my mother almost had a heart attack and had BP of 200/100. I took her in the emergency room where they admitted her. The room she was given was moldy and very disgusting. Just for this i was billed 28,000 peso for 1 night and even asked to pay 17 peso for the xerox copy of her laboratory results! My family had no time to mourn as the next few weeks were spent being stressed trying to fully pay them to get the death certificate . God bless this hospital , enlightened their heart to provide better care and rooms for their sick patients. This hospital and doctors do everything they can to overbill and rip people off without giving proper care.

You could call them for like forever, and they never pick up. If the customer service is rubbish, what about the rest?? Get rid of your contact number on the web because it's uncontactable. Bohol Provincial Hospital, at government hospital at that, picks it up in a jiffy.

Dirty and poor service, no toilette flush no soap no light in the bathroom, metal beds with few cm thick mattresses and. ridiculously expensive! Any Hostel around here has better facilities and provides you better health care (at least if you just have a fever)

Too expensive for the place and the service

事故に遭って救急車で運ばれたのがこちらの病院でした。レントゲンのカメラ部分の保護ガラスは割れていて、セロテープが貼ってありました。レントゲン結果が出るのが翌日だったのでその日は入院することになったのですが、夜中症状が悪化してナースコールを押しても誰も来てくれませんでした。仕方がないので滞在していたホテルのスタッフに来てもらいましたが、その人曰く、お金を渡さなかったから来なかったのかもしれないと言われました。息が苦しかったので鎮痛剤と去痰剤をお願いしたのですが、夜は処方してくれる担当がいないので、朝にならないと薬はやらないと言われました。
病室は個室でしたが、大きなネズミがうろちょろしていて、点滴の管をかじられるのではないかと、不安で仕方なかったです。食事も驚く内容で、胸を強打し呼吸も咀嚼も困難なのに焼魚丸ごと一匹と大盛のご飯だけでした。こういう食事が食べられる病人が果たして存在するのか疑問です。当然、一口も食べることができませんでした。
なお、一晩経ってからのレントゲン結果はただの打撲ということで湿布薬のみ処方され退院許可が下りましたが、帰国して外科で再検査したところ肋骨６本を折る重傷で、あと１センチ骨がずれていたら死んでいたそうです。
