Mao pay masuko maisturbo. I had it scheduled but told me that my reference number was no longer valid and that I have to re-schedule again on a later date! Gi ingnan rako og “Balik lang”.

Thankfully a decent officer helped me and told me to process again and they will just process it on the same day. No need for me to go back.

Yes transactions was fast but service could be improved. Answering questions to help your kababayan takes only a few seconds. Explaining the process clearly and offering alternative options to avoid confusion should have been a basic thing.

To you sir in the front desk, I hope your attitude change. Don’t use your position to power trip other people.

It was not a pleasant experience. The person who allows you to register and takes your temp is very unapproachable. He was even arguing with me regarding the reference # when that was what was provided by their website and even after I gave the 10 digit account #, he kept on babbling. And the woman who takes your pic is very unfriendly and seems to hurry you up when there really is no other client. This saddens me cause I too is a civil servant and these people badly needs training.
