ATM's are always not working. There are times when there's no cash.

Fast transaction but limited parking area

Most of the time, long line on the ATM machine due to other machine are out of service always.

Nag reklamo ako kasi may nang hack sa debit Account. Aogori devs. Magbanat ka ng butô

Opens at 8:30 as posted and its 8:44 it's still close. Clients have already formed a long cueue outside.

Both of their ATMs always have issues.

The staff there are gossiping their customers. Talking bad things about them,they don't act professional. Sad to say they should be the one reassuring and guiding them but nakuha pa nilang pagtsismisan, ganyan sila doon they don't serve customer. Ang pangit ng Service nila. Nakakawalang gana.

1hr and 30 mins lagi hinihintay ko bago makapag deposit hahaha

The guards are very strict, they differentiate when they know you are from a different region. I present my vaccination card however they didn't accept it instead, they asked for my quarantine pass.. Ang layo pa ng pinanggalingan ko from bontoc to solano just to deposit the money.. Wala akong maabutan so Hindi pala valid ang vaccination card.. Pero sa ibang bangko like UCPB hindi naman need ng Quarantine pass..

It says 5:30pm Ang closing, punta kami ng 3:30 nakasara na. Misleading
