It's located in a convenient area in Island City Mall and also it bas most of what u need in a Watsons store.

Affordable and with wide variety to choose from.

Not everyone enjoy the food

They don't know the difference between sunscreen and after sun lotion just bagged it up and sold me the wrong product

Limited cashiers and always with long lines at payment area.

By the way it's not my experienced, it's my Sister experienced last month. She came in Wattson branch ICM to check and want to buy something but before that she ask there how much that product and she expect maybe they'll treat them right but unfortunately they response her tht she can't afford tht product. She really felt embarrassed that time,for a long time she's a regular costumer at Wattson in Cebu or anywhere in branch then they'll just disappointed her. I told her to tell to their Manager but she just saying no need.
