I had an incredibly frustrating experience with PLTC INC. Luis A. Tiam Medical Center regarding their handling of HMO insurance matters. Despite multiple attempts, We couldn't reach their HMO representative to discuss the issue that arose related to the recommendation form for us employees' Annual Physical Exams (APE). The wait time was exasperating, and the lack of responsiveness only added to the ordeal.

Moreover, when it came to accommodating the specified "To" field on the form, they insisted on changing it to their hospital name instead of adhering to the requirement for all Maxicare accredited facilities. This posed a serious problem for me, as the deviation from the standard procedure was not feasible.

Overall, the poor communication, unavailability of their HMO representative, and unwillingness to cooperate with the specified name of provider field in the form make me highly dissatisfied with PLTC INC. Luis A. Tiam Medical Center's handling of HMO matters.
