Wow Bohol Travel and Tours

The only reason im giving this tour agency 1 star is because i cant give zero. I would like to give an objective review of our experience with this agency. Upon booking, it takes a while for them to send the itinerary ( we had to message them several times). The accomodation they booked for us was a public beach ( which we were not informed about the noise and heavy traffic of people). The room was supposed to be a deluxe room ( as stated in the booking confirmation) but it was everything but deluxe. The room was not a hotel at all. The room was very old. Faucets were rusting, bathroom window is broken and worst is the lack of privacy as the inside of the bathroom was visible from the road outside the room. The room was very filty and have rodents, mosquitoes and ants crawling and flying inside the room. I informed them about the situation as it is their responsibility due to the fact that we bought accommodation and tour package from them. We requested politely to have us transfered to another room. They refused and very mad at us. Worst is the inappropriate response we got. They were very rude and aggressive. They curssed us saying “P. I. ninyo puro kayo reklamo”. It was my first time to experience a company this rude, inappropriate, and aggressive towards a customer. They seem to not understand their responsibility as an agency. They just wanna collect your money and let you deal your problem on your own. Definitely a shame to wonderful people of bohol and to the tourism industry as a whole.
