Similar experience to the other review as of writing, I contacted one accredited travel agency but lost interest when the agency was unresponsive for a few days. Then, I messaged Coordinates Tours and Travel early in the morning and was surprised with the prompt replies. Ms. Marichu answered all my queries and even asked the concerning LGU when I requested to visit the falls. She accommodated our requests, reminded us of the needed documents, and processed our QR code & acceptance letter. Our transaction was very smooth and was purely done through fb messenger.

The actual tour was a great experience for the whole family. Ms. Gigi, our local tour guide and the driver were very welcoming, accommodating, and informative! We were surprised actually when we saw the transportation (van) because it was a new model and super comfy during the entire ride. We were traveling with a 4 y/o and even slept soundly inside the vehicle. During the entire tour, we did not feel rushed especially in Hinagdanan Cave and when we were swimming in Pangas Falls.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family! I definitely recommend this agency to anyone who plans to visit Bohol soon. Thank you very much Coordinates Tours and Travel and more power to your team!

I contacted 8 Bohol tour operators for our trip at the end of Dec 2020. They were all on the approved and mandatory DOT list. 2 got back to me. 1 said nothing was available after 3 repeated follow ups. With the help of 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦, it made me easier and with my friends to visit Bohol. They proactively offered to assist us in getting acceptance letter from Panglao LGU.
