Mercury Drug - Indang

It’s the only Mercury there

This leading pharmacy is strategically located at the center of Indang plaza. The place is smaller than its average store size. It also offers grocery items and cashier other than counter service for prescription drugs. It also has separate lane for senior citizens and accepts phone-in orders.

I have never been to a Mercury Drug where the interior is so dirty and cluttered.

I just left Mercury Indang, I came in after 1pm looking for Sensodyne toothpaste without any help. I saw in the isle different types( Sensodyne mint, Sensodyne deep clean), while I was sorting out the different types of Sensodyne the security guard on duty approach me in the isle telling me “pare pare lang iyan, “ and rudely starting to put the toothpaste back while I was still getting the types I want to buy. I’m a regular user of Sensodyne toothpaste and I know there are more than two kinds. This security guard on duty instead of helping me was so rude to me. I told the cashier how this security treated me. She just said “pasensiya na po,” You can do better than this, you all need customer service training on how to be respectful let alone be helpful when someone looks like she needed help instead of stopping her from what she was trying to do without any help. I’ve never been in a place like pharmacy who treats customer this way. He is a security guard I’m not sure if his job is just to spot people who are suspected of stealing. I am a retired senior citizen, I may look old, I’m just wearing an old t shirt, but I pay and I am not a thief. Treat your customers better. Correction- pare pareho lang yan ( meaning they are all the same)
