A wonderful experience for one night transit through on our road trip. The gardens were fabulous during the day and equally stunning at night with carefully planned lighting. The beach was beautiful with lovely walks everywhere. A Jeepney gave free rides all round at regular intervals. Don’t miss the live reenactment of Philippine independence. A nice Italian restaurant was our favorite place for dining. Live music in the evening with Violin/Piano/Drum trio. Food options would be limiting for longer than one night stay.

This place doesn't disappoint. Beautiful setting, gorgeous scenery, lots of historical buildings and well maintained. Pity the coffee shop is gone for now and hopefully will be back. Very informative tour and a beautiful cultural play.

Beautiful place with dozens of historic buildings from all over the country. It’s like going back in time with the staff wearing attire from an earlier time. Loved the boat ride and the trolley. The lunch that was provided was pretty tasty too.

Best stay ever. I really missed this place so much that I intended to visit it again with my partner. The place has a lot of improvements and additional buildings and facilities. The Breakfast buffet is good, the activities (balsa ride, heritage guided walk tour etc) and the whole experience!

This is really really highly-recommended. Book yours now and experience Las Casas!

It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The room was very clean but not PWD safe. The food was outstanding at the restaurants. I would definitely stay here again to see the progress of the resort.

My second time at Las Casas and it still leaves me at awe! This time, I took my German boyfriend with me, he loved and was impressed by the place. Plenty of activities to do, picturesque buildings, superb staff, good food selection, awesome breakfast buffet. We look forward to be back again, might be our staple Philippine Vacation place

truly unique place that feels almost authentic, except that there are modern amenities. it feels like you are in another country. friendly staff. decent wifi coverage. Plenty of things to do, like walking tour, cultural shows, atv, balsa rides. water activities available (but you can do those on other resorts). the cobblestone roads are nice to look at but rough to ride on. overall a memorable experience. Drones are allowed. Very photogenic place. december stay has good weather. be mindful of low tide/ high tide schedule when planning activities. the family room (good for 6) had 2 double beds, 1 toilet & bath (with a bath tub), tv and a split type aircon, it has balcony access to view the canals. the room has no windows, probably because of their design theme. the service is a bit hard to call because the area is so big and there are limited staff. It's faster if you go to the staff area to get your items, but everything is around a 3-5 min walk, or 1-2 min (free) jeep ride along cobblestone road.

A whole different place and time!

We love the old stuctures, tranvia rides, cobbled streets, fountains, dinner while cruising, folk dancing and many many more!

A very charming and romantic haven.

Location: Strategically located near the main highway & the sea. Lots of panaromic views from sunrise to sunset. (5/5)

Rooms: Rooms are quite pricey, not all can afford, I think lowest room rate is around 10,000 good for two and still does not include the day tours. All depends on your negotiation with the managers/promoters. I'd say price is just right since it is justifiable on what's inside. (4.5/5)

Activities: There are lot other activities that you can avail including, water fun activities (private boat, kayak, jetski etc.), & on-site (ATV, Bike, Cart etc.). They also have package inclusive activities like day-tours, Balsa, and the Kalesa ride. One day is not enough to experience all rides and activities, on the other hand, there are jeepneys & trams that can move you elsewhere on their map to lessen your travel time (IT'S FREE!). Still coming back for the other activities if time and money permits 😂. (5/5)

Interior/Exterior: Place is definitely defined by Architecture, focuses on the influence of Spanish-colonial arhitecture and it is highly suggested for Architecture students or Architects. All are remnants of the past that came from different places in the Philippines, each with a story. The intention is good, to conserve the heritage houses, replicate or reconsruct. All are highly detailed by artisans and modelled by architects & engineers which takes you back in time. (5/5)

Food: Food is just right and serve in hot, mostly pricey. Still not everyone will be able to afford. There is a package-inclusive meal on the Hotel de Oriente. (4/5)

Service: Everyone is accomodating and in good mood. Staff and staffs in costume are doing their roles right. (5/5)

Price: Not all can afford (4/5)

Overall: It was a great experience, my first time seeing structures were built as if they're living at present along with the great acts of the staff/management. Will come back for more. (4.8/5)

You go here for a day tour that will cost you Php2900 per person or stay overnight. The place is huge. Every angle is instagramable. You will see here the old carousel and jeepney and a boat to help you travel. A guard will inspect you before getting in, ask for your reservation, get a copy of your id and plate number of your wheels. Photoshoot can also be done here which will cost you, I guess around Php8k. Retaurants, spa, atm, and others are available here. So, if you want to travel back in time, this is the best place to be.

Went for a day trip and it was fun. Not a lot of people. No long waits for tours. Cannot speak for the rooms since I didn't stay the night. The cultural show was fun t o watch at 5:30pm!

Time travel back to the 17th/18th century and explore Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar in Bataan, Philippines. A stunning heritage resort that showcases the country's rich history and culture through its beautifully restored Spanish-era houses.

We went for a day tour so I can't say for the rooms. They are quite pricey so we just opted the day tour for 2500 pesos on weekdays. It was worth it. The wholeexperience felt like you went on a time machine. Food is pricey as well so pack some snacks if you want to save a little. The day tour comes with a lunch set which taste great.

Worth the travel time for a time travel! The restored heritage homes were indeed a sight to behold! Accommodations are good and very accessible to the tour sites. Beddings and linens, though didn't smell fresh. Maybe the management should consider another laundry service. Also, quite inconvenient were the bidets that were separate from the toilet bowl. One can imagine how the wealthy back in the day had to go through such inconvenience.

Wonderful place to see historical Filipino houses. Tours are all-in and guides are well versed in the history of the houses. However, the park has very few shaded areas, so walks under the full sun must be expected. Also, the menu for included lunch needs to be reviewed... if you can, eat before going to the park and skip lunch (read: school cafeteria lunch here)

The area is beautiful, but it would be nice if I had someone who can explain about the buildings history and the lunch service was slow...

It was a very beautiful location. Perfect for a prenup shoot. It was a bit hot but there are some shades nearby. The ruins, the beach, the air. It was good place to just enjoy the sceneries away from the civilization.

A great place to visit. Very unique and nostalgic. Very friendly staff. I love the Balsa Tour, our guide is very knowleabe of the place and friendly too. Food is quite pricey. Our rented room for a group of six is big enough but there is only one T&B

Can’t say as of yet how the rooms and accommodation were since we only got here for a quick stop to take pictures, and we didn’t even spend a whole day touring the area. But I must say it’s overall pleasant and I should definitely come back here. Simply amazing.
