i am on my way there this weekend. Live concert Saturday night will stay in cottage where i will have a seat in comfort.

Hi Good day! Kami ung nagpunta sa resort nio nung june 1 and june 2... Review ko lang ung resort nio okay.... Una muna tau sa maganda sa resort nio.... Napaka ganda nang tubig ng resort... Malinis ang banyo... Maayos ang mga unan at ang mga bed... Pangalawa... Napakabait nung mga staff nio... Mahinahon ang boses... Mapagbiro.. Pangatlo... Ung dagat ay pino ang buhangin.. At walang mga bato kahit maliit.. Wala kaming naramdaman.. Pang - apat medyo maliwanag dahil dun sa ilaw bawat kubo.... Pang - lima... Ung tubig na galing sa shower.. Sa gripo ng lababo.. Or ng banyo... Ay hindi galing sa dagat.. Di katulad sa ibang resort ung tubig nila ay nanggagaling sa dagat...eto lang napansin yong mga kwarto na may double deck( bunk bed).. Ung taas ng bunk bed...ay hindi inaabot ng lamig ng hangin right?...sana mag lagay ng hugas ng mga kaldero bukod sa lababo sa bawat room yon lang naman. Kung ang pag uusapan lang at ang i rereview-hin lang ay kagandahan walang halong biro 100% da best! Salamattt sa mga mababait na staff.. At salamattt sa napakagandang view at malinaw na tubig... Simple but comfortable to stay in this beach resort, lovely nipa huts with cool aircon and two electric fan, sink, comfortable big bed, toilet, fine black sand, good water, beautiful.... the only thing not good is they should not allow people to do loud playing of music and singing... People go there to swim, enjoy the sea, unwind, eat ,enjoy ...
Knowing filipinos to be so unmindful of others, its sooo annoying others just keep on singing so loud and even out of tune, from morning to late night... The management should make rules not to allow singing and drinking non-stop...
Such an eye sore and unfair for others who want to enjoy quietly

PROS
1. Friendly staff. They make sure to help whenever they can (especially carrying bags)
2. No corkage on food (if you’re planning to stay here, make sure to take advantage of this by bringing your own food as the market is 15-20 minutes away )
3. The cottage is clean. The linens looked and smell fresh, the restroom is not stinky, they will also provide you with towels, soap, and shampoo.
4. Free wifi is available (since there’s no cellular signal here).
5. The kubo is air conditioned making your stay a lot more bearable.
6. The resort is pet friendly (but please do look out for your pets safety since the resort will not be liable for your pet)

CONS
1. The resort’s entrance is very hard to find you have to walk through extremely hot sand and pass by a wooden plank (see pictures )before you can reach it.
2. Parking is also far from the resort itself making it a hassle to transport items to and from your car
3. You will also be asked to pay a 500 incidental fee which will be returned upon checkout. (No problem with this but I think that it should be stated prior to the approval of the booking)
4. They will also make you sign a waiver ( refusing to take any responsibility of whatever it is that may happen to you during your stay).
5. There is only one outdoor shower (water pressure is way too weak to wash off sand from your body)
6. No perimeter lights around the beach area (making night swimming close to impossible)
